Help me to choose my career

I'm currently working in a public sector bank and want to switch to private sector bank since there is better pay and opportunity for promotion for my skills.But im currently running rahu mahadasha and don't want to make wrong decisions and loose my secure government job.

Ketu in my horoscope is also placed in 10th house and i was told that i would have frequent transfers and quarrel with the management ?

Should i switch to a different bank ? or should i continue here? help me as i was confused...

Somone came to me recently and asked me an interesting question. He said - "I am thinking of starting a forex trading account. Do you think it's a good time?" He said this jokingly, knowing I love jyotisha. But I thought about it seriously, of course, for my own interest.
