Looking for words with ग्थ in it

    Namaste

Looked for words with ग्थ and found two sentences.
    श्रय प्रणाउलस्त ग्थ सक्रिसब्छेलीकाश् समायन

    कही क्थ तिह स्थ ग्थ करि त्थ सुनायो

Looked in Oxford Hindi dictionary, couldn't find one. I thought it ll be available in Sanskrit. Has any one come across words with ग्थ . I need two words with their meaning. It is a samyuktakshar, so any word with it is OK.

    Thanks and Regards

    Namaste Anirudh,

There is something wrong, it seems. Where did you find those two sentences ? Can you share the link ? The sentences don't appear intelligible. Moreover, "gtha" should be a pratyaya but I am unaware of any such pratyaya. If it is "gdha" then there many words. If it is "gya" then also there are words. What is the pronunciation of this sanyuktaakshar ? If you can write in English (actually in Tamil, same akshars are pronounced differently. I am not sure if that is the case here.) then I may be able to tell you.

    Namaste Devotee,

I have sent you a PM also.

Here is the link where I found the sentence. I thought it could be Avadhi and hence will have Sanskrit connection.

    Namaste Anirudh,

This is not Hindi. It is written in Gurumukhi script and in Panjabi language. The Hindi that you see in quoted verse is actually converted to Devnagari from Gurumukhi through some software. The quote is from Guru Granth Sahib. In Panjabi the pronunciation can give an illusion of samyuktakshar where there is none and of whole word where it is: e.g. "Greeb" is actually "Gareeb" (Poor) and "Indar" is actually "Indra" (Name of Lord Indra).

I have doubts that it is samyutakshar of "ga" and "tha". If it is "Ka" and "ta" then there are words. If it is "kha" and "ta" then also there are words. If it is "ga" and "dha" then also there are words.

    Thanks Devotee...

I accept, there can not be a word with that combination of Samyuktakshar.

Accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
