Hi, I'm a Yoga student self-training using instructions in Yogatattva Upanishad and other sources. I don't have a guru and I don't speak Hindi or Sanskrit. I would like to share practical pranayama tips with one or more people who have reached at least the "mini-pranayama" stage (i.e., alternate nostril breathing, 8-32-16 matras on each side x 20 = 45 minutes) so we can learn and make further progress together.
