So I was hoping to allow us all to have a wide range of information of the deities slowly. I want to make this a thread where each member who wishes posts a pic of a God or Goddess and write either a one line description of the Attribute of that God or Goddess or a paragraph if they wish. I will start first.

Lord Ganesha:
Removal of Obstacles. Sometimes Places Obstacles in the way of His devotees if their actions will cause them Harm. He is the Lord of Dharma, son of Parvati and Lord Siva. He contains the universe in his belly. He is invoked and called upon usually before starting any task.
