I am a self-retired IT professional from a bank, living in Chennai, India. I have been a Hindu devoted to God all along, and now for the last six years a bhakta of Bhagvan Sri Satya Sai Baba (hence my pseudonym saidevo(tee)).
My interests include studying Hinduism, Theosophy and Occultism. According to Hinduism, a person who has crossed 50 years of age (could be forty these days) is supposed to be in the Vanaprastha stage of his life, when he/she should start the study about self-realization and gradually implement it in everyday life. I am in this stage, studying now, and trying to follow and practice what I can, though it is not much.
I have been voluble with pen since my school days, enjoying trying my hand at poetry and fiction. Once I took up IT as a profession (way back in 1986), this volubility showed up as computer code. And now, this propensity is manifesting as mails, articles and compilations in several Hinduism, India and Theosophy forums on the Internet. I am sharing them here in the hope that they could be of interest and guidance to the readers.
In the current situation of things in our great Bharat, the only way for us Hindus is to unite and create awareness and knowledge of our religious and cultural values, especially among our kids and youth, in whose hands lies the future of our nation.
