    hare bol!! My name is Zen, and I was raised up in Krishna conciousness from a young age.. At the moment I live a slightly more materialistic existence but I am still looking for spiritual truth, and I am sure there will be plenty of knowledge to be gained from the good association I gain from this forum..

    I was raised up in the hindu religion, but soon I came to realise that despite the different approaches of each religion, All religions say the same thing, there is a higher truth to aspire too. and we should live our lives in compassinate ways. respectful of ourselves and respectful of eachother..

    In Bhagavad gita, Lord Krishna says "Abandon all varieties of religion and surrender unto me." religions and rituals may actually be an obstacle to uncovering the supreme truth.

    For me spirituality is a deep feeling in my heart, It is a compassionate love of all living beings and Of all the gifts that Life offers.

    Anyway I was worshipin shri Krishna for along time, but lately I have become more attracted to worshiping the goddess Kali.. Does anyone know about her?
