Parikram participants against the hazy backdrop of Radha Gokul Mandir in Kesi Ghata at the Yamuna River in Vrindaban, Mathura , in the foggy morning of Khumba Mela, Jan 2010
(Picture not too bad, considering it was taken by a combination camcorder- still camera , Sony 60x optical zoom. Maybe reducing the size when posting would have produced a sharper result. Anyway, it would still say a thousand words.)

The view from my lens, 1 km from my side, across the Yamuna river. Pilgrims just arriving. Pics are in succession as they appeared in the horizon, (although steadied by a tripod the scenes started to be blurry because of the distance from the camera and I think when magnified when posted in the forum. I wanted to reduce the size but do not know how. If someone knows how I can reduce them while stored in photobucket, please let me know so I can improved the quality of the pics.)

Offering prayers, Taking the dip
Pilgrims
Yes, they do have tent even in a mini Khumba Mela such as the one in Vrindaban. This scene is very far from where I was and the morning fog did not help. But I really love this picture, very subtle.
