I took this as something being reflected like an image in a mirror.. But Now I'm thinking I'm wrong.. The word reflective is an action and not an "image" For example.. The main meanings of aabhaasha are: fallacious appearance or semblance. Hope you get the indication (which again is another meaning of aabhasha).
That which is without letters (parts) is the Fourth, beyond apprehension through ordinary means, the cessation of the phenomenal world, the auspicious and the non-dual. Thus Om is certainly the Self. He who knows thus enters the Self by the Self.
