Ramayan Kand I think is not alerted, in fact Valmiki Ramayan have 20000 shalokas, legad is that it have 100000 shalokas and most of them are lost
but anti hindus always try to make sure that all of them are alerted, there is no proof that Uttara Kand was not in the original Ramayan
Many lost parts are still available in the cultural legands of tribes of the world.

As mentioned earlier Dev Karma legands, they are not stories made for childrens, but they are legands of Dev Karma that happened in real, but most are mAyA. They are not myath either
