Last ekadashi of this year

Namaste
Respectful pundits,
As you know last ekadashi of this year (by Gregorian calendar of course) will occur on 31 December. It is good opportunity for me to begin new life in New Year and celebrate my birthday. Well, I'm not so qualified in reading and interpretation of jyotish, it is better to say that I am not able to do it at all. Anyhow... I have a http://www.mypanchang.com/vcalendarm...12&monthtype=0 and from panchangam result that ekadashi start for Milan 31 December, continue 1 of January and 2 of January dvadashi. OK. It is clear for mi. What I am confused about, in which time interval precisely I should begin my fast? 31 of December or 1 of January and when I have it break? Any suggestion and advice how it would be better follow this ekadashi are welcome. Thank you.

Namaste Vamana,

Here is a reply to your question that I got from a non-member (Links not opened/screened by me):

Here is a link to Vaishnava Ekadasi calender which inputs your world time zone for maximum accuracy and also links to detailed explanation and sadhana for how to partake this fast and when to properly break it.

Thank you. It’s useful really link. But I have some doubts. My panchangam is very authoritative and recognized calendar and I know that many smarta brahmans who are living outside of India use it. Have you notice the difference in time reading?

Therewith, in MP time already adopted for Milano, while in VK daylight savings not considered. Well, it’s doesn’t big problem. I can begin my fast before, but problem with ekadashi paran, I mean ekadashi break. Would you so kind explain these differences in time reading to me? Thank you.
