Thanks for the links. I find Aindra Prabhu's kīrtans very energizing and intoxicating. All the time he spent in Vṛndāvana certainly comes out through his kīrtan. He had a great taste for chanting the Holy Name, which is one of the anubhāvas:

The anubhāvas or characteristics of a person who has developed the bud of bhāva are as follows: tolerance, not wasting time, detachment from enjoyment, pridelessness, confidence in the Lord’s mercy, longing for the Lord, taste for chanting the Lord’s Holy Name, attachment to discussing the Lord’s transcendental qualities, and attachment to living in the abode of the Lord.” [Śrī Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu 1.3.25-26]
Taste for chanting the Holy Name of the Lord is illustrated as follows:
O Govinda! Today the young girl with the sweet voice, whose lotus eyes are streaming with tears of honey, is singing Your names.” [Śrī Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu 1.3.38]
    Love,

    Hare KRshNa

Thank you Atmaramji. You bring something valuable here.

The kalpataru - ISKCONDesireTree, rather, radio chowpatty - was my first touch with Kirtankars at ISKCON and particularly Radha-Gopinath, Mumbai.

MukteshwarJi, thanks for pointing out this is anubhAv. How subtle. Hope to read more from you.

Aindra Prabhu lived the YugaDharma and emphasized on it. His kirtans are melodious but the raag reaches the core. Bhajans that are sung from the heart always reach the heart.
