Tvameva Mata cha Pita Tvameva, Tvameva Bandhu cha Sakha Tvameva, Tvameva Vidya Dravinam Tvameva, Tvameva Sarvam Mama Deva Deva.

Who wrote this strotra and for whom?

Can anyone shed light on its inner meaning. I am aware of te literal meaning.
