Hari Om!
Learned a few things that I hadn't been aware of and confirmation of many good habits that I already practice. Yes, some changes in order though my overall diet won't take an overhaul.
My only concern is the word "craving" that he uses. Cravings are the body's way of saying that it is lacking something and in my experience that is not healthy. If there is craving, that item should already be contained in the diet. I also believe that all or most vitamins can be gained through proper food intake.
Jai Jai Hanuman!
Sattvic diet is no doubt as explained in Gita is essential for liberation for anyone who is following any religion or not.
Shaolin monks eat just beans, soup and other veg foods and do very strenuous exercises pushing their bodies out of limits.
