This text won't affect beliefs of majority of christians. It was known from ancient times as one of gnostic, "heretical" gospels. Yes, it is finally discovered — but that doesn't make it authorative for orthodox christians. There are many gnostic gospel such as of Thomas, Philipp and other. Which at times may be much more interesting and deep than present one of Judah.

I will not be surprised if some day they found one more true Gospel like Gospel of Chrishna prooving Christ as devotee of "The Father" Chrishna.
Even that will not annoy Paulians.
Well, do Hindus care about some Yamala found/published or some new "discovered" Upanishad? Almost none is interested. Common people stick to their beliefs and aren't eager to change them. In every religion it's the same.
